Unhappy with the service I received. I was going to name, names but I’m just not like that. I had been looking for a new car for a while but wanted to make sure it was the correct one so I was happy with it. I got a few messages that were abrupt because I wasn’t securing cars. I then saw one that I thought I might like, I reserved it but then personal things happened and I cancelled the reservation. I am now waiting nearly 3weeks to receive my £100 back as the person who was dealing with me didn’t process that immediately and then went off. I have reserved cars in the past and the refund was also processed as soon as you said you didn’t want the vehicle. Now I’m STILL waiting on my money. Such bad service and because of a few comments that I’d received over email before hand, I near feel it has been done purposefully. So I went to a different Ford showroom and was treated 100 times better and got my new car from there. I’ll continue to count the weeks of how long the refund takes to appear on my account. Complete joke.
I wouldn't trust them. I did a test drive with Ryan and put down £100 refundable deposit, planning to come back later after some repairs and cleaning had been done to the vehicle. In the meantime, my wife was uncomfortable with the condition of the vehicle and we decided not to continue with the purchase. I let Ryan know and he immediately put the car back on sale but stopped communicating with me. Getting the deposit back was a real chore, requiring weeks of chasing. Not once did I get a response from him, and I still haven't heard back. No need for such rudeness, I wouldn't trust a crowd who turned so nasty simply because we decided not to proceed.
Ryan Quail might be the most patient man in car sales! He took time to explain everything, kept me up to date with everything and managed several hurdles with kindness. Matched me to a car that works best for me and at a price that I was happy with. I would recommend him to anyone. Huge credit also to Jonny and to Gary-both very helpful and went over and above to help.
The service I got from RYAN, ANDREW and SIMON was absolutely exceptional. Everyone in that building is so polite and approachable. Ryan and Andrew together got us sorted with a car as quick as time would allow given it was a weekend. Viewed the car on Saturday and it was delivered to my place of work TODAY. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road at a time we were incredibly stressed due to the breakdown of our long term vehicle. I’m absolutely thrilled with the car, speechless by the high level of professionalism and have 0 hesitations about coming back to them in the future should I require their services again. Thank you so so much Ryan! You’ve taken a massive weight off of our shoulders!
Buying the car a year ago was a muddle of hassle. I could have got past that - everyone can get it wrong on occasion. But…..Who books your car in for its pre-MOT check on Easter Monday when the service department is closed on Easter Monday every year??? TrustFord on Newtownards Rd would, I just discovered. Even though I pointed out that it was Easter Monday and the day before the MOT, which they had booked when they gave me the appointment. AND they sent me a text 3 days before, confirming the date and time of the appointment. Was this a sick joke on a customer me? or just total incompetence? The service manager is on holiday its Easter Monday, after all! so I’ll have to wait for an explanation. Meanwhile, the MOT is tomorrow morning. My poor blood pressure!
