Went above and beyond expectations with the customer service. Kept well informed and excellent after care. The car was superb, ford focus, we were guided through all finance step by step, made very easy. A big shout out to Hannah McHugh at TrustFord Belfast. I have purchased many new cars over the years and I can honestly say that this has been my most enjoyable and straightforward experience. No hard sell, everything explained and all paperwork from transfer of cherished plates and car tax refund taken care off. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
Picked up my new car today. I have nothing but praise for the way I was looked after by Stephen Anderson. An excellent deal and a fantastic experience. Well done! I would highly recommend them.
I had a very pleasant experience upon purchasing my car. Although I got my car and the day after I collected my vehicle I went to tax it to be told there was no valid mot on the vehicle. I did make a few calls to Ford as I panicked! The guys from Ford collected my car and gave me a loan car until my own car was put through the mot test. Upon making my complaint to them I got a very nice call from the manager who offered a free service for my troubles to which I accepted but as yet I’ve had no confirmation of this. The only bit of advice I can give to Trust Ford is to communicate with their customers by telephone instead of text messages as it would be more personal and professional.
I can’t say anything other than how wonderful the staff were, they made the process so very easy. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars was the delay of 11 months in getting my car which was no fault of the dealership. The car finally arrived and the handover was so smooth and now I’m enjoying driving around in my new vehicle.
Hannah and Malcolm were both fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the process very easy for me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them both.
As a wheelchair user the Staff at Ford made my hand over of my Car and getting the New Car extremely easy no fuss no stress So Thank You to the Mobility Team that looked after me Will certainly be back Thanks
Had a lovely lady called Marie helping me today who went above and beyond on choosing my car, with, information and explaining my options will definitely be a returning customer
Marie was the lady I placed the order for a New Ford Kuga with she was excellent. She kept me informed at all times regarding the purchase of my Ford Kuga. It was due to be delivered mid - September but it came a week or so earlier. When I arrived to pick the car up Marie went through every detail, I can honestly say she was excellent to deal with. I would recommend anyone buying a Ford to contact this lady. Her attention to detail was first class. Nothing was a problem. I will certainly return to Ford on the Newtownards Road.
Would just like to say how friendly everyone was at trust ford, also my car dealer marie Hayward, from start to finish she was brilliant, she kept me updated through the whole process and made everything easy for me.
