I have always had a positive experience with the individual who is handling my contact.  They are friendly, polite, respectful and treat you with dignity, passing on information to you,  what you need/want to know in detail and understandable, not what they want you to know and in technical jargon.  Send me a video of what they are/have doing/done and return it back to you having been car washed. What more could you want.
