Super friendly, knowledgeable, sharp suits and fantastic service. Bought a M2M wedding suit here from MBE after trying on a few at Saville Row. The suits here felt comfortable and the fit was superior. Tim and team made me feel at home and made adjustments to get it fitting just right for the big day. Now I know what a good fit looks and feels like, the rest of my wardrobe needs an upgrade!

This is the best men’s clothes shop I have ever been in. Beautiful clothes. Incredibly knowledgeable service. I usually loathe shopping for my husband but have to since he’s allergic to shops. But at Grey Flannel it’s a treat. I give them the measurements and in a flash of understanding and insight they bring together a co-ordinated look. It’s just a joy. Tim Everest MBE is an internationally renowned tailor and fashion designer with an enviable list of celebrity clients, he should have, he’s been doing it for a very long time. Apart from that, he’s a thoroughly charming and modest chap, he doesn’t need to hard sell, his work speaks for itself.
Had an unfortunate mishap on the train with the suit I was wearing. Due to an important event I needed a replacement suit ASAP and ducked into Grey Flannel. The gentlemen got me two suits to try on, and I instantly took a liking to one on offer. Bought it, had the hems done and wore it within 20 minutes. Service was top class and their collection of menswear is second to none. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Top service, top products and top experience.
Been a customer since the store opened. Never bothered going anywhere else. It is without doubt the jewel in the crown of menswear shops - top quality, top service and good value.
