Kate is always welcoming and very respectful during treatment. I haven't used any other beautician in the salon as I will choose a date and time that Kate is available when I book on line. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Ashleigh was fantastic! She put me at ease as it was my first wax I have had. It was done quickly and efficiently. It was great to have someone so friendly, explained it all beforehand and did a great job. It didn't hurt at all, would Highly recommend!

Amy was so lovely and welcoming, felt like having a chat with a friend. Very thorough and professional. Loved the results of both my manicure and eyelash tint. Would definitely come back to see her!

I visited to book a sunbed and am a new customer and user.  The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable, and advised on how long I should use the machine for my skin type to start, how long to leave between treatments, as well as advising on tan accelerator cream, goggles and machine use. The salon had a nice relaxing, atmosphere and was bright, modern & clean.  I have now had two treatments and am very pleased so far. Staff are very friendly, polite & knowledgeable.

I've done my LVL eyelashes and TS browns treatment today. I had Vicki and Kate, they were really lovely and professional. The consultation was great as I wasn't sure what I really needed. I'm very happy with the results, I had many compliments from friends and family  and I will highly recommend it.

I am very please and feel very relieved from the service provided by Vicky. She was very professional and was able to target the affected area on my back which was causing me issues. My back feels looser now and more mobile.  Overall, I found this deep tissue massage very effective and have re-booked with Vicky again.

Kate is the best - not much else to add really.  Other than there’s never a straggler or stray hair left behind!! Appointment is always on time and thoroughly professional with a friendly lovely therapist. Looking forward to my next visit in approx 8 weeks.

I came in for the TS Brow Definition after a disastrous waxing issue at another salon. This was my first time at Truly Scrumptious and Amy was fantastic.  She talked me through the whole procedure thoroughly, making sure I knew what was happening at each stage.  She has literally transformed my brows and I couldn't be happier.  Amy listened to what I was hoping to achieve and the end result was exactly as I had hoped for.  I will definitely be a regular from now on.

Always totally professional. All the ladies there are friendly, courteous and puts customer first. Have never been to one place for so many years. Always a warm welcome, genuine smile and 1st class treatments from all at Fleet, certainly have my continued custom.   Thank you
