I just wanted to say Thank you very much for delivering great service. I am 20 weeks pregnant and was brave to go for a waxing session and it was nice treat for me. The worst eyebrow tint and shape I have ever recieved , left feeling really awful, with half an eyebrow as it had been so over plucked however apparently,  they could neither prove or disprove this. No doubt the staff are pleasant but I wouldn't go back even though they have offered a free treatment next time.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow beautification

Excellent service, would give 6 stars if I could. Atmosphere was great as soon as I entered and was greeted promptly.  Nikita apologies if spelt incorrectly was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my massage. I was quite nervous as I have never had one before, following a bout of back ache my partner convinced me to go. I had the best night's sleep I have had in months!

Had a massage and facial with Rhiannon. From the first moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces. When I was taken through she explained what would happen after I explained I’d never been here before. The massage was amazing as was the facial after. She made me feel very at ease and relaxed so much so I know I’m going to be going back. If you want pleasant surroundings and professional/knowledgable staff you can’t go wrong going here.

Good salon and generally service is good.

Staff were friendly and the manager was very helpful when a member of staff gave a bad eyebrow wax, she did what she could to help the situation. The treatments are quite pricey and it can be quite noisy in the salon. I had a few treatments in here and would say they were fine aside from the mistake by the member of staff. I don't think I would return for that reason, it made me quite conscious and embarrassed to return

Moved to the area a while ago and have been going to  this place for my eyebrows since. Very lovely and relaxing atmosphere with lovely staff too. Would love to try some other treatments maybe in the new year

Can't fault the friendliness of the staff. These were my first gel extensions so wasn't entirely sure what to expect but after a week, 2 of the nails had come off and 2 of  them cracked, I'm pretty sure this wasn't meant to happen, it was done for my holiday so was quite disappointing.

What a lovely place to spend some lovely relaxing time and thank you Anthony for an absolutely AMAZING massage, I left floating! I can't recommend this enough.
