Great Restaurant. Stylish surroundings, great food. Impeccable professional staff who aren't averse to a bit of banter. My food was amazing. Cheese Souffle starter followed by Fillet beef. The rest of our party were similarly full of praise. I wish i had realized earlier that Luke, who served us, was a Sommelier we were a large table and i didn't speak to him until later, I would have enjoyed having a glass of wine matched for each course. Especially after trying some of the wines the rest of our party ordered after his recommendations. I can't praise this place enough and I expect to return very soon.
Had our anniversary dinner and it was very nice. We made no reservations but were immideately shown a table. However a group of ladies at the far end was too loud! We couldnt hear our own voice. So we had to change our table.The food was nice especially my cheese souffle and the brownie dessert was one of a kind, the berry icecream was to die for!!
Bright and airy independent restaurant. Pretty empty on the week night I went there but I was welcomed and looked after. Great value early bird menu with some excellent choices.
A great find - service, food and wine were all top notch. A Sommelier who makes you feel as if you are enjoying the wine with him; food that arrives efficiently, hot and perfect; all with genuine customer care. A treat at the heart of Darlo.

My wife and i went to Truffle on Friday evening. As usual the service was friendly and courteous and the food superb. Well worth every penny we paid.
Exceptional Saturday lunch!!! Service and attention to detail went hand in hand with the excellent twice baked cheese soufflé starter, followed by a superbly presented steak for main!! Thank you, I will be back.....David
Food is to die for, the service is of the highest quality and well... everything is just amazing. Been coming to this restuarant for 4 years and it is always this quality!!
