Truly terrible. Nobody knows anything about the food, simple questions result in shrugs and inaudible answers. Orders seem to be forgotten about frequently, I've been here 4 times now and nothing has changed.. unsure how it remains so busy I guess Tesco keeps this place alive with the clubcard vouchers. On our last visit our order disappeared, we didn't eat and left to go to the cinema on empty stomachs and overpriced Peroni. Very disappointed, do yourself a favour and go to Brewers Fayre or the Hungry Horse.. cheaper drinks, also you actually end up with the food you ordered. Avoid!

I have given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt several times and each time I come away swearing never to go back. On the last occasion I ordered vegetarian, to be served chicken and customer service was appalling. The restaurant never appears to be busy but service is always slow Disappointing as I rate Prezzo in other places I’ve visted, but not here

Arrived at 9:20pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was practically empty and was open till 11pm. Got told we are only taking pretable bookings for food and got turned away. Very disappointed.

Lots of veggie options. I liked that you can choose off the normal main menu for the festive meal deal too.
