Tropicana florist

I was absolutely blown away by the flower arrangement done for me today! It’s stunning. I usually use M&S but in future I will use Tropicana for all local needs. These were for my friend’s 78th birthday. The flowers are so fresh I know they will last! The young lady who did the arrangement is very gifted! They were also very warm and friendly in their dealings with me! Also, importantly, they were not over-priced! Good value for money! I would highly recommend Tropicana!

For those international and local folks that are looking for beautiful flowers to send to loved ones THIS IS THE PLACE. I have used many different florists over the years and have been disappointed with what was actually sent. Tropicana made a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my moms 89th Birthday. They have a super website so you can see exactly what they are offering, I chose the “Grand” size one up from “standard” and was not disappointed. So if you want some beautiful flowers I highly recommend Tropicana Florist ! I don’t need to look any further for a florist to meet my needs and you shouldn’t either. I live in London and had to arrange a wreath for the funeral of a family member that was taking place in Leicester. I liked the selections offered by Tropicana, prices were reasonable and online ordering was straightforward. Got worried on the day of the funeral, when I didn't see the wreath at the chapel as requested but Tropicana kindly arranged for it to go directly to the funeral home. Great service! Terrible customer service! Went to enquire about flowers, man in the shop was extremely unhelpful and kept repeating how expensive the flowers were without actually giving me prices indirectly implying i wouldnt be able to afford them he refused to show me any flowers and spoke in a very patronising tone, would never go there again.

We would like thank Dean for doing such a fantastic job on the flowers for our Dad's/Grandad's funeral, they were absolutely beautiful. Didn't want to chance sending a delivery from London up to Leicester for my girlfriends birthday as you don't know what you are getting. From the minute I walked into the shop I was greeted with friendly smiles and made to feel important. Moreover I had a sense of trust in the owners choice and recommendation of flowers. I basically ordered my size and left it with them. On the day of delivery, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner and were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They already had the most beautiful arrangements to start, but I wanted to make it a bit more tailored to my love. They were able to do exactly that and the result was well beyond expectation!
