Had flowers from here a few times, not the worst but not the best. Cost vs lasting isn't very good.
I looked at a local delivery last time to surprise the wife and the coast bs the less than 2 miles was laughable. 
Staff member was polite and very chatty.

the flowers were returned and exchanged and apologies made. This was dealt with speedily and the flowers were exchanged on the morning of Mothering Sunday itself so the gift was not spoilt. The customer, a gentleman, was happy with the exchange and our apologies.
