I rang and asked them to arrange a bouquet of flowers within a specific price range, the flowers were delivered within the time frame advised and the flowers and arrangements were beautiful, would definitely come back again.  Very impressed with this store.

I only gave this one star because I couldn't give zero.  

The two orders I placed were mixed up and then mixed up again as they went to wrong addresses.  It was the recipients birthdays - so it really messed up the experience I wanted to give my daughter & mum.  I rang them up to explain the mix up and was told aggressively that I had given the order wrongly!!!

I went in to speak to the owners\staff (2 men) and was met with a complete lack of customer service - they refused to listen even after taking out the written order and noticing it was genuinely their mistake.  I even took pictures of the wrong orders as proof.  They both remained rude and I was told to leave the shop and had the money literally thrown at me.  The point being I had not even asked for a refund.  The younger one of the two came out of the shop and waved goodbye rudely.  Throughout this experience I did not raise my voice or ask for any refund.  Is this the type of service anyone should expect from a local florist?
