Appalling company. My mum phoned on my behalf to enquiry about a property. The advert is completely misleading. The property was priced for modernisation, but in actuality needed structural work doing on the foundations too. Advert doesn’t mention this and states it’s ideal for first time buyers. The guy on the phone got very snotty with my mum when she said structural work wasn’t modernisation and that first time buyers don’t have over £100,000 cash. Avoid like the plague. If I saw the perfect house with this company I’d leave it purely on principal

We have let our property out via Trinity for 3 years and whilst they used to be really good, the service is now appalling. No updates, you constantly have to chase, they missed the gas certificate which is a legal issue and then tell you it's due half way though the year. It feels like you self manage and I question what we pay our monthly management fee for. There have been numerous issues and when you complain they never apologise or take ownership , there's always an excuse. Despite it being in the contract that they do regular checks on the property, this only happens between tenants. The most recent problem is they have put the council tax and electricity back into our name despite having new tenants in. They also did this last time and we had threats from debt collectors because we refused to pay for electricity used by the tenant. More stress! If you're thinking of using a Trinity, think again!

After accepting a job overseas on very short notice I had only a limited amount of time to get all my affairs in order before I left the country. Trinity were fantastic and managed  every aspect of the process in a swift and professional manner that made me feel confident that they were the right people for the job. Shortly after I had arrived in my new country of residence I received an emailing stating that tenants had moved into my property and the money had been paid into my account.

Excellent service, cant recommend Trinity highly enough!

Excellent service from trinity lettings. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell/rent property. Prompt and courteous service from friendly professional staff  with excellent communication skills. Within a week of advertising our property Trinity Lettings had several clients wishing to view the property. we were also highly satisfied with the terms they provided to manage the property for us.
