I am very disappointed with the handling of this incident at Trinity Leeds car park.nnMy vehicle’s rear window was intact before entry, but damage was discovered immediately after leaving. However, I was told CCTV showed no evidence of any incident.nnNo clear explanation was provided regarding camera coverage, blind spots, or whether full continuous footage of my parking bay was reviewed. Because of this, I do not consider the investigation to be transparent or conclusive.nnI expected a more thorough and accountable review.
Used the Trinity Leeds car park yesterday and had a smooth experience overall. The layout is straightforward, spaces are a decent size, and the signage makes it easy to find your way in and out. Lifts and walkways into the shopping centre are clean and well maintained, and it feels safe even during busy times.nnPrices are on the higher side for city‑centre parking, but the convenience and direct access to the mall make it worth it when you need quick, reliable parking. Exiting can get a bit slow at peak times, but staff and barriers usually keep things moving.nnA solid, convenient option if you’re shopping in Trinity Leeds or nearby.
Excellent location, just a short walk from Trinity Shopping Centre and central Leeds amenities. The parking spaces are slightly narrow, so it is best to manoeuvre carefully and patiently. Overall a good option.
Horrible car park. Never any spaces. So small. Came on a Monday before 11 am and had to wait in a queue outside the care park to not even have space and had to leave. Time wasted for nothing. Don’t recommend coming here by car.
Awful carpark which has charged me twice for parking 3 full days. Their automatic number plate readers don't work correctly and you end up being over charged. Their telephone number is not recognised.
