Convenient for evening events at the Minster but extortionate pricing that has rocketed since I last used in the summer. No discount for using the app anymore either.    Disappointed the evening flat rate didn't kick in once it got to 6pm. Absolutely won't be using again - £12.50 for just less than 5 hours when 4hrs45 was within the £5 evening rate time frame. Should have gone to Victoria Gate!

Just next to Leeds Market and the city centre. Very convenient. The environment is neat and clean. Parking space and passages are quite narrow. If you want to enjoy the membership parking rate, please enter the carpark with QR CODE in the app instead of taking a parking ticket from the entrance machine!

They shower you with “What’s going on” marketing emails. But when it comes to sharing basic information such as an increase in fare price, they remain silent and it comes at a surprise. Very snide. 2hrs used to cost £2.90 with the app. Now it costs £5.

Late night Monday and we arrived at the bus station only to find out the loos were all under construction, walked over to the street by the NCP car park and saw David who we asked for directions, he went out of his way to assist us, so accomodating and polite, there should be more people like him! Thank you so much David!

Very central, not too expensive, you can usually find a space available.  ⏺ parking spaces are a bit tight especially next to larger vehicles, ⏺ not much security visible  Don't forget to pay on the way back to your vehicle.
