Trewithen Restaurant is Lostwithiel's No 1 Restaurant and one of the most renowned restaurants in Cornwall.
Its reputation is founded on two key ingredients – "Fine Dining" and "First Class Friendly Service".
Trewithen is open throughout the year, serving a varied seasonal menu to both a loyal customer base and visitors to the area.

Truly stunning. The food was absolutely excellent, the ambience beautiful, and the staff utterly professional. They genuinely did go the extra mile to make our visit memorable for years to come. The fact I'm Coeliac made no difference at all ! Very, very highly recommended !!

It's our 3rd visit to Trewithen restaurant this year. It's almost a year since the new owners took over. It's looking great, newly decorated keeping a warm cosy feel in a 400 year old building. Taking my mum and dad for the first time 5 of us in total. Everytime we are now in the Cornwall area we go. This time as always superb food and great service. All 5 of us agree, Faultless. My only regret was, I was too full for desert. Looking forward to coming back very soon. Thanks for another great evening.

This was actually our second choice of restaurant for the evening but the first fell through. This is how we discovered this absolute gem of a restaurant. Even though it was busy, the staff always has time for us which makes a huge difference from most other restaurants. The food was wonderful and the recommended wine was spot on.
