Simplicity at its best. Lovely part of the British isles. If you like the comforts such as a warm shower then this isn’t the place for you, did not bother me it was refreshing over a scorching hot weekend. Very friendly and welcoming campsite owners too which was great. Some lovely beaches and scenery and a very nice little pub 20 minutes walk away. Will definitely go back

Having read the reviews we decided to give it a chance, surely the owners weren't really like that...the farmer is! Such a shame as the location is great, but if you really do love camping, sitting by a fire and chatting, then this is not the place. Just before 11pm as we still had food on the bbq the owner came and asked us to put it out...after explaining that we were still cooking/eating he kindly gave us 10 extra minutes. We are 2 adults in our 40's, not loud, no tents near us, and sure enough he came back to lecture us. We waited an hour after he left us before re-starting the fire and continuing our camping evening, but we were constantly on edge wondering if he would return. ( He did not, thankfully.) There is no hot water in the sinks for washing up or in the 1 female shower provided. Very poor facilities. Oh and no-one is to be trusted with toilet roll in the 2 toilets, you have to remember to take it up with you. Apparently it gets thrown everywhere by children who don't know how to behave when it comes to toilet roll! I have camped for years and have never come across such a poor attitude. Toilet block lights automatically go off at 11pm so no peeing after 11 everyone! This campsite gets a 2star for its location alone. With proper owners it could be one of the best in Britain. Heed my warning and only go if you have your own shower and washing facilities and wish to be in bed by 11. Sadly we will not be returning. There are a few campsites within minutes of this one, no sea views but probably a better atmosphere, and you still get the fantastic walks and beach.

Stayed just for a couple of nights last weekend. A perfect location with easy access to costal path & the beautiful Broad Haven South beach but the lack of hot water meant I wouldn't want to stay any longer than 2 nights. Thought it was quite pricey too considering no hot water & found out afterwards campsite round the corner with same facilities was considerably cheaper! I found the owners to be very welcoming, helpful & dog friendly.

I stayed on numerous occasions last year from May to October and absolutely loved it. Basic but brilliant. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too ! As for the curfew if you want to rave then go to Ibiza. I'll be back this month... Loves It I Do.

It doesn't get much better than this. I could live here. The owners are so lovely friendly and helpful And they love dogs so that gets 5 stars for me Location is beautiful
