Fantastic little Gallery with lovely staff!!  We happened to stumble across the gallery whilst we wandered through town, our twins were briefed “to look with our eyes” before entering.  We needn’t have bothered, they were welcomed as any other customer, even asked to get involved in some layout/hanging decisions.  After a decision of a book purchase, some extra names to revise for her at home and even a couple of surprise gifts for them, we had 2 excited 7-year-olds on the way home.  I’m as far from an Art expert as you can get….but if I could have fitted it into the car, a very large, spectacular orange/red mountain painting would have been hard to refuse!!  Thanks to all working last Thursday…apologies, we didn’t get names!! The girls already want to come back!

Lovely gallery and shop, wonderful and friendly staff. The range of works and pottery that made it very difficult to decide what to buy or what not to buy!! The prices are reasonable as well and the owner is keen on supporting new and local artists

I have been going to this gallery for a long time and over a number of years have bought several art works, including two from the current owner. The space is lovely and the artworks are beautiful....BUT, be VERY careful when communicating with the owner. He is condescending, arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. You only have to look at his post on Instagram, on the BBC programme Home is Where the Art is, to see an example of his snobbery. I hope the people who were in the program never see his comments. It appears to me that if you don’t fit into his questionable idea of an art purchaser then you may not be welcome in his gallery. Sadly, I won’t be returning, as he completely embarrassed me online, telling me off publicly and insulting me for daring to add feedback about another, unrelated, post which he later removed. It’s a real shame that I will no longer see those beautiful paintings but there are plenty of other, more professional and welcoming, galleries to visit. And galleries who may be happy to help you buy something that you love, whatever your circumstances.  Edit. Now changed from two stars to one due to the incredible fibs in his reply!

My favourite gallery in Keswick. I return every time I am in the town. They have very lovely collections which vary and change every time I am back. It’s in a nice building with three stories to browse!

Its a fabulous  art gallery i am a local artist myself  i work in making felted landscape pictures of the lake district so come into your gallery alot i love to look and buy small pieces now and then you are a credit to the local artist and you display there work so well

A fantastic gallery - a great place if you are looking for an unusual gift - the only thing is when I go in I am usually tempted to by something for myself instead!  Friendly service.

Lovely place with beautiful art works and jewellery as well as ceramics and glass. Something for all tastes.

Didn't go inside .. but the window display was eye-catching. Beautiful paintings of the surrounding scenes and mountain ranges .

Really enjoyed the visit here. Lots if beatiful paintings and crafts
