Brought some trainers yesterday ,tried them on and they squeak when you walk in them .I only walked around the lounge took them off and put them back in the box .I took them back today to exchange for a different pair only to be told no way ,you have obviously worn them .some jobs worth assistant manager point blank refused to do a exchange . needles to say I won't be shopping there no more .basically calling me a liar and telling me she can't exchange even though she's the manager .
