This is a really convenient store to shop in. It has free parking yay and is close to major supermarkets and other big brand stores if you want to make a retail 1/2 day or even a day of it. I have always found the Outfit staff friendly and efficient and the store itself is well laid out with both men's and women's clothing and accessories available. There are usually sale rails even if there isn't a general sale so it's worth popping in to have a look. The main reason I go there is there are several outlets under one roof plus of course the free parking.
Waited for over 5 minutes for a till assistant in this quiet store. Then assistant was rude about the extra work needed to process a gift voucher when presented with it. When the student discount card was presented at the same time, it was refused because the student could not give written confirmation of what year he is in. Student discount was not given on £76.00 of clothing so watch out for the rude till operator if you like efficient courteous service.
Plenty of items to choose from not a massive selection of size 14 and over though. Nice big changing rooms which are unisex great for taking my husband in to check out what I'm trying on. Plenty of parking.
Great shop with nice large open stores inside. 4/5 different stores inside like burtons and dorothy perkins. More for women than men but some great smart tops and Jean's. Clean and great customer service within the store.

Ideal location so don't have to trek into the the town. Always sales on and good pricing on clothes regardless.
Very poor selection of men's clothes. Still, I did get a bargain pair of shorts on the clearance rail.
Excellent customer service from a young lady who helped me order a pair of trousers for a suit last night.
Well laid out and clear signage. The staff aren't always where you need them to be if you require assistance so have to find them but a nice place.
Always have something you want here, great shopping experience
