I was in the Torquay store on Tuesday and served by a very helpful young man called Steven Burridge. He was so polite and didn't rush me when I was making my decision about tracksuit sizes for my son. Its not very often I come across such brilliant customer service. Thanks Steven. Service with a smile.
I'm planning to get a blue or red puffer jacket or 2 Adidas shirts Since there. Were 5 or 6 mates yesterday and 2 were messing about We got kicked out but the staff were completely cool with me so good service still they know what they do and I'm coming back in a few weeks to get something
I took my son today to get some new football boots. The manager that helped me was brilliant and really kind - thank you so much!!
Sat nav takes you to a load of houses in a street don't waist your petrol
I made a special trip to this Torquay store today to buy my son some trainers. I've actually emailed them as I was so appalled by the lack of customer service. We waited ages and ages for staff and when they appeared they made it clear they were not in the least bit interested in helping us. One young lady was the only member of staff who spoke to me politely, but she couldn't help me with the trainers for some reason. I always treat shop staff politely and with respect, and try to be understanding, but the non existent service in this store today was just awful. We wasted so much time waiting in this store and left empty handed in the end. So disappointed!
Great place for misc sports gear. Sports direct used to be terrible, but their customer service is a lot better now which makes for happier shoppers! It's the easiest place to pick up all the sporty stuff a family needs, trainers, football gear, hoodie etc. Worth a look. Top tip. If you order online and collect instore you get a £5 voucher to spend. Awesome!
Good stock, however not so hot on a refund, tried to take something back in original packaging and recipt and told no refunds only exchange or credit note. Not very satisfactory
It is what it is. Male swimming shorts were considerably more expensive than womens costumes though
Went in to buy a bicycle helmet, gloves and glasses, was followed around the store. When I went to buy them, the girl behind the till walked off after seeing me, the lad behind the till served me whilst taking his mask off to yawn at me. As I walked off, he shouted through the radio what I bought and the staff were watching me leave and were waiting for me outside the shop. If you don’t want customers to come in the shop, you shouldn’t open the doors!!!
