Not even one star. 
Surprised they know up from down. 
They sold me shoes more than what the sticker said. One shoe size 8 and the other size 5. One shoe had a platform and the other completely different color. 
Staff don't talk.
When i took them back manager made me feel like i was an inconvenience to him. not apologetic or even try laugh at how bad their service was. 

Shame.

I visited your store today and received exceptionally good service.  The person on the till receipt was Richard. I buy ruby shoos often but getting great service makes the experience a happier one. The chap who looked after me had black nails. Please let him know I was very  impressed. Alison

Not a great experience. Found 5 shoe styles to try, but only two of them were available in my size. When I settled on one and went to the till, I was given a price nearly £15 higher than expected, apparently because the wrong price had been put on the shelf. Staff member was near silent throughout, offering no advice, questions, thoughts or even polite conversation. Doubt I'll go back, plenty of alternatives around.
