Very nice shop..sells barbour , joules, seasalt, crew clothing and Timberland. Staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too.

My review is aimed at the online store.
Absolutely useless its slow to load but more importantly they cannot review their stock levels.
I waded thru t shirt after t shirt only to discover the items were no longer in stock or discontinued.
VERY FRUSTRATING UPDATE YOUR STOCK & PLEASE REMOVE AN ITEM IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE IT TO SELL.

Fantastic service.
Heather, Angela and all the girls at Evesham branch were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They ordered jackets in for me to try and after 2 days texted me to say they had arrived. 
They provided me a totally honest opinion on sizes and style to help me choose the right jacket.
This is truly what customer service should look like and I would wholeheartedly recommend this store for the service alone. The shop also has a varied range of very high quality items and I will definitely be purchasing from the store again. Brilliant!!

I am so disappointed with both the product and the service i received by Outdoor and Country.  I bought Barbour gloves at £24.95 for my husband as a present and they fitted well.  After a couple of muddy country walks they needed washing.  After hand washing and carefully drying away from direct heat they had shrunk in width making them unwearable.  I returned them with purchase and contact details to the Evesham shop and have heard nothing and have not received credit or refund.  Tomorrow i will contact customer service and try to sort this out.
I suggest using any other country store from my experience.
