Ordered from here a few times now and the food is amazing I am very fussy when it comes to Chinese but I would definitely recommend these customer service is Brilliant and food amazing
Ordered House Special Curry with fried rice, Char Siu Chow mein and Crispy Seaweed. House Special Curry was very watery and tastless and going by the balance of the meat very sparce and onion and blandness it should be called onion soup or vegetarian curry! the pork was OK when I found a piece hidden amongst the copious amount of onion 3 King prawns and 3 small pieces of tastless boiled chicken and the beef faired about the same, all in all I would rate this curry amongst the worst and most bland curry I have had, the fried rice was just about passable even though bordering on being over cooked. Crispy Seaweed:- well where do I start, this is made of shredded cabbage and as such the ingredients are relatively cheap, then why must I ask is the portion size so miniscule? The small plastic carton was barely ⅓ full, if that, and it was not as if price reflected the meagre portion size as I've had jam packed cartons of this for less at other takeaways. Char Sui Chowmein:- quite tasty and portion size was quite good BUT it was like a game of spot the meat, which was tasty the meat was tiny cubes or best described as crumbs and the amount was quite pitiful really which let the dish down as it was like having plain Chowmein in reality. Over all this was a very disappointing experience and I doubt if I'll be a returning customer. Value for money and quality wise this would have to be scored 1 out of 10 going by my experience
We order from here quite often but it seems that the last couple of times we have ordered we have been let down, last time we ordered they sent us the wrong item and when I phoned to complain they said they were going to replace it next time we ordered, well we ordered tonight and I reminded them about replacing our item that they got wrong last time but they still charged me for it and then half way through eating his pancake roll my husband took a bite and there was a big bit of plastic some kind of packaging so I can just say that we will not be ordering from there again. If I could add a picture of the plastic I would.
I've been a loyal customer for many years but recently the high standards I've received have been absent. I like my food extra spicy & my last orders were absent fresh chillies. I always order Singapore chow main & Singapore fried rice.. Chips & curry sauce.. & always extra spicy. The prices have gone up which I accept but the standards have dropped. This saddens me because I've been coming here for many years & I have a mobile catering business so understand fully the importance of customer satisfaction... You can not increase prices & then not deliver on quality & standards. I will be looking for another take away In the future. You know who i am...

Always brought our chips from here.but last night, they tasted absolutely disgusting. What did you cook them in ? We had to throw them in the bin.
The noodles were burnt, the curry sauce was pure grease the consistency was like water because it was pure grease, the chips had gone so soggy the bag split and the chips had gone mushy... I didn't bother to phone back to complain as I didn't want another meal as it had really turned my stomach ... I wouldn't recommend or go back ...!
Ordered from here before and the food was great..... ordered on Friday night 3 sliced chicken breast in sweet and sour sauce and 3 chips it turnt up and was like eating a plate of lard tipped it all back into containers only the chicken and put all the onions peppers and chips all into one bag and took it back for a refund. The Chinese lady was awful and said we eating half so wouldn’t give money back. I’m a healthcare worker who has been doing 12plus hour shifts and all I wanted was a nice Chinese but unfortunately being called a lier and saying I ate half. This is not true. They need to get some people skills.
Always a pleasure to order over the phone, very clear communication and always a pleasant employee. Great food and delivery times, even on busy days, food always arrives piping hot and delicious.
Food is probably the best we've had in the area so far. Service has been great every time with quick delivery. Thanks
