Disgusting quality of food & service from both the fish & chip shop & Chinese take away sides as every time we've used it, its bad. Whenever we go there, the lady gives her local customers preferential treatment by chatting for ages & ignores us, we then almost always get overcharged or short changed by her for ordering what we want, plus my Husband likes chips with his curry, so she makes a big thing about taking the money for the chips separately, then after waiting uncomfortably for the food, its usually bad, but tonight they excelled themselves, we are never going back! When we got our order home, my king prawn curry had hardly any small prawns in it, my Husband's beef curry was full of mushroom & only a couple of pieces of tough beef, the sauce was watery from a packet with too much water from the kettle, my egg fried rice was just soggy wet boiled pudding rice, so sweet, but the thing that usually outshines everything making us go back is the chips, my Husband adores them, but not tonight, she gave most of the chips cooked to a regular customer, so all we got were the stone cold rock hard scalpings wrapped up, everything was utterly disgusting, it all went in the bin where it belonged.

Nice food, been a patron for 24 years when the whim takes me. We do use other takeaways.

I'm only giving them one star as it's impossible to not give any. I ordered my family dinner from them it came and my chicken and cashew nuts had leaked all over my chips and there was no juice left in the container. so phone them back and after an argument with the owners they sent some more out but drained all the juice off before putting it in the box. so one dry dinner for me not happy and won't be ordering from them again

Had a Chinese from here last night it was awful. Food was greasy and tasted of old oil. Never again
