By far the worst case of customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! Admittedly, I didn't realise the time, but after driving all the way to Lyme Regis from Ottery St Mary as I specifically wanted a door they had in stock on their website, I wandered in on a Saturday at 11.59am, not realising that they closed at 12. When I reached the counter, not a single word was uttered to me saying that they were about to close which would have been perfectly acceptable as I didn't check to see what time they were open till, but instead I was totally ignored by one member of staff who looked me straight in the eye and another one just laughed at me as he turned off the lights leaving me standing there in the darkness!!! If you really must use this branch of Travis Perkins manned by the rude, arrogant and miserable staff they employ, then don't make the same mistake as me going in close to closing time. I will never use Travis Perkins EVER again.
