We booked a "too good to be true" flight to Dubai on the website but unfortunately the dates confirmed were not what we entered. Their system allowed me to book a return flight on the SAME day - in other words my outgoing flight was leaving at 12:55pm and my return flight was from Dubai on the SAME day at 9:20am. A physical impossibility. The money was taken and when I complained that it was an error on their system part they said that it was my error. However they were eventually helpful and I eventually was passed on to a great customer service representative called Steve who then worked tirelessly to rectify the error however the price of the flights did increase considerably but overall they were less than what we could get them on any other site so we continued with the process. Steve was a very good contact and kept me abreast of all his work and kept reassuring me that he would endeavour to get everything sorted within 24 hours which he did. Thankfully we are on our way and that is all thanks to Steve. I would recommend this company but personally I would phone them to guarantee the price rather than use the website. Thank you very much to Steve who in my opinion would get a 5 star review - however the 3 star would be for the company as a whole as they force us to pay for a cheaper flight that isn't actually available! It made me doubt the company for a while but they came through in the end.

I received excellent customer service from Kevin who was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could to make me happy with my flight. I really appreciate the service I received from him and will definitely recommend to others. Thankyou for everything.

I had a great experience with Travelopedia seeing as I was able to book tickets quickly and securely with the help of the staff member Steve. The process was quick and easy and there were no complications whatsoever. Overall, I was very impressed with the way I was treated as a customer and with the overall service. Thanks to Steve and his team.

I have had two occasions in the last couple of months with this company. Sadly, I had to cancel one trip due to a family bereavement. However, they had dealt so well with me in booking that first trip that I returned a day or two ago to book another. I had no problems whatsoever - courteous, efficient, I paid the advertised price etc. Andrew was brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Take a bow, I say. Dr S Brady
