Hello Felas, please be careful with this travel agent. They are scammers. Don't get confused with the cheap flights they have advertised on their website.  They will take your money and tell you your flight date is no longer available, so if you ask them to refund you after frustrating you, then they tell you your money is not refundable.  Same thing happen to me and my 3  friends.  I don't want it to happen to anyone else.  Please be careful, buy your ticket with a trusted travel agent or directly from the airline.  You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Debs

This company is Scam .Pls avoid booking your flight with catchflight. The quoted me a flight to lagos that was too good to be true and i was also informed that i need to pay a £50 deposit to hold the seat after which i can pay up the balance 1week prior to travelling.. I decided to take the offer and paid  £50 balance to secure the seat  3 days after paying the deposit , i paid the balance and i called the agency to inform them of payment. I was informed someone will call me back from the the ticketing department. Later that day, i had a call from ticketing to inform me that i lost the seat and they quoted me a new price which is almost twice the original fare i was quoted. I informed them the new quote was way over my budget and i would like a refund. They told me that they will deduct £120 because my money was automatically transferred to the airline and the £120 is the fee the airline charges to process refunds.  Pls avoid this company at all cost. This also happened to a friend of mine. exactly the same scenario and charged £120 refund as well. This company is pure scam so AVOID THEM IF YOU DONT WANNA LOOSE YOUR MONEY

I booked a flight to Accra with catch flight, remarkable services, I was having some urgently there, the person arranged the best fare. I was unable to get from the market, I paid the amount, get the ticket within no time. Thanks a lot again to catch flight I’ll come back soon.

Please do not book any flight through this company... They thieves and rogues. Also they go by different English names like John, Eric and Patrick. Company is registered in slough but this guys are based in pakistan and their real names are...  Andrea Busalacchi, Asingan Pangasinan, Naweed Jawaid, Ali Khan - is Managing Director and Asif Rizwan Kan.

I booked a flight for Lagos.Their service are  good .First time i use Catch Flight to book my flight and get a great service with them and the rates are  massively cheaper then the others.I get a very good price in no time at all with a 20% Discount.i really like it !
