Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I paid £1,500 for a flight in 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid-19. They have refused to refund me the money- despite me filling out every form. Have been calling them at least once a month and they change the story every single time on why they cannot process the refund and request me to fill out another form or speak to another staff member. After me chasing them for nearly 3 years now, they are trying to claim they cannot find the flight details or that they have 'already given the refund'. Absolute scammers- would not recommend at all.

The worst customer service I have ever received.  Never book with these people, they have been sitting on a refund for nearly 2 years.  They have promised on several occasions that it has been processed and still not been done.  I have even tried to speak to the owner and he has not even bothered contacting me even after leaving at least 10 Personal messages.  Sandra, Neeta, Ricky and Chandni have all taken messages and never returned a call.  If I could provide minus stars as a review this would have been the case.  Please save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere!!!

Like many others who have shared their experience.. overall poor service.. would not recommend to anyone..please stay away!  Agreed to a refund in Jun 2020, accepted the cancellation fee so only looking for what is owed back.. each month ask for an update.. and each month have been advised the refund is approved by the airline, however to await a further 4 weeks.. same cycle of comms every 4 to 6 weeks.. and recently avoiding to respond to my emails.. I've now accepted I will not get my due refund...leaving it to Karma to do it's job with this lot.

Very very poor service from beginning to end.  Don't return phone calls don't respond to emails.  I have sent several emails, no reply.  I have been promised callbacks.  Nothing. I would never use this company again. You say on a previous response you are keeping Jet Airways passengers up to date.  I totally disagree.  I've received no update from yourselves???

This company is awful. We are due a refund since December which we have still not received. We cancelled our Emirates flight due to a family death. We were only granted back a small fraction of our total cost. We have made numerous phone calls and sent many emails. No-one gives us an answer. The manager is always on another call or out. Do not waste your time or money dealing with these people.

Worse customer service I've ever come across. They cancelled our flights in March 2019 and promised a full refund which we still have NOT received. Customer service agents, often disconnect and not willing to help. Having to go court for refund.

A friend recommended sky express after Istruggled to get visa to India online. When I visited them the customer service was just amazing and the owner reassured me that I was going to get a visa within 24 hours for the fraction of the price I was going to pay online. I also purchased my flight ticket from them which was extremely cheap and my journey was extremely fabulous and couldn’t thank them enough. Their customer service is just out of this world and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to travel abroad.
