Super clean throughout and very comfortable beds. Room was perfect temperature too. Admittedly the reception area seems like a set from 'Prisoner Cell Block H' but that does not detract from it having great rooms. Good TVs. I have been more comfortable here than in some top dollar hotels in central London. Well done to all staff. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Not the best location for the town centre unless you have a car - that would be the only minus point.
Hariett on the main desk welcomed us in just like booking in should be, Fast & Kind and made us feel at Home. Thank you Hariett I hope I spelt your name Right. You deserve a promotion.nThe room was clean, I brought my ultra violet light to check for punk stains ect and pish stains in the toilet but all was good. Surprising and good to know we were sleeping in a clea. Bed..nHariett was the star of the Hotel, I won't forget the warmth she gave to my wife and child, most hotels we stay in the service is Standard, cold & Robotic....Thank You...
Room had dirty cups in it and wet towel on the bathroom floor when we arrived. . Very basic, no plugs near bed to charge phones, had to ask for an extension. Uncomfortable pillows probably would have slept better in a tent left a night early, couldn't face it anymore.
2025 and there’s still no full free WiFi.nnReceptionist checked me in after smoking a cigarette which smelt lovelynnPeople walking about and slamming doors at 1/2am topped off the stay
Room very clean. Reception staff pleasant and welcoming. A most enjoyable 2 night stay.
