Will definitely be returning! This is the first time I’ve stayed here while visiting family & what a great stay we had. My mother and I shared a twin room, it was clean and comfortable, no complaint at all. Bar service on the evening was great as was breakfast. Wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for a great stay!
Just off the m5 we stayed at the express next door but ate here. There is a kids toy area downstairs which mine loved and very dog friendly. There was a wedding on and even though we weren't overnight guests we were really well looked after. The staff were great with my overtired children and we would stay here next time just based on our dining experience. The food was really nice and the kids portions were huge! Everything was fresh to order. Definitley recommend!
Had to write to say we had a great stay. The staff were all brilliant and very helpful. Liv in the kitchen made brilliant omelettes that were the best thing at breakfast. He really cared about what he was serving. However, the apple juice and cranberry juice were so watered down which is a pity and smacks of penny pinching given the hotel is the cheapest! Despite this we had a great stay and wanted to make sure the wonder staff were recognised for their efforts and hospitality.
Myself and my wife stayed here for two nights and we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, the room was lovely and comfortable, the staff were lovely and breakfast to. We had use of the swimming pool and gym which was good, thank you to everyone for making our stay a nice one.
Stayed for a few nights for a work event being held on site. Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Food was provided throughout the event and there was always a good selection to choose from. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk from various shops etc that you may want or need.
