We've stayed here three times, always comfy, however this most recent time, there was a small issue with our kettle and Nikki was amazing. She sorted us out a brand new one, made our tired son feel great and helped us with a charity donation later on. She's fab.
3 VERY pleasant nights at this great hotel! Left without transport as Bob went on to Plymouth to see his daughter was NO problem! 100 yards away is the 'Park & ride' running every 20 minutes to Taunton Town centre, and the county bus service. £1.00 each way - running up to about 11.00pm.nThe hotel was spotless quite busy for April, best to book, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful at all times... special thanks to Nikki on reception, who was fantastic! We will be using this Hotel after trying several others in the area from now on. Breakfast is available, although We didn't need to partake. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Arrived late in the evening and were very warmly welcomed by Nicki, her welcome and warmth made a blustery evening memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. The same went for Sonja at breakfast. These amazing staff make stays make a normal overnight stay into a short holiday they are a credit to Premier Inn. I stay in many hotels all over the world but find premier inns welcome and customer service second to none. Thanks ladies and I hope your managers appreciate the extra mile you go to make guests stays special.
Mega convenient, right next to J25. Never caught her name but the receptionist on Sunday evening 25/05 at 8pm is one of the nicest people I've ever met and a credit to your company. She couldn't have made me feel more welcome after being blown about on my bike for hours. Thank you!!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room was tired and run-down, with chipped paint, scuff marks and stained headboards.nThe hairdryer was broken, and the TV so far away from the bed it was unwatchable.nThe WiFi didn't actually work, the speed was so slow I couldn't even load my emails.nThe baby's cot was unusable, they don't provide bedding which is fine and expected, but the 'mattress' was so bad it left marks on my son's back. It would be better if they hadn't provided one so we would have brought our own travel cot.nBreakfast was okay, but was an order what you want situation, not a buffet.nNot awful the for price, but below the standard of most Premier Inns.
