over priced at 64 quid for a basic room nothing much to say apart from a nightmare if you want to walk to the pub wich is only a few hundred meters away you have to cross a manic round about and walk on the edge of the road to get the pub NOT good if ure tipsy !!!!! or old as my aunty was she was not impressed and strangely enough i dont blame her can not fault the staff they were pleasant enough

Great spot from which to visit Lincoln and surrounding area. Friendly staff, particularly Inez the receptionist who even took time out to print us a map.

Prime location surrounded by places to eat. Far enough out of city not to be rammed or noisy. Great customer service.

Not the newest or most sparkly place (has the pointy artex ceiling) but it was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a useful location.
