We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation at affordable and competitive prices in the historic town of Sleaford and the beautiful countryside of Lincolnshire.

Riverside Guest House is a modern, high standard, recently refurbished town house. We have 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite. All rooms refreshed for 2015.

Situated close to the town centre we offer a delightful setting next to the river Slea with outside facilities all year round. We are close to many local amenities such as shops, restaurants and public houses.

On the 25th April 2013 we were awarded the highest Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by NKDC.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Fantastic place lovely and clean. Very comfortable with lots of lovely touches toiletry wise. Helen is a lovely host and thanks for letting me have a cuddle with your dog's as was missing mine. Booked to stay again when have more training and looking forward to it. Huge fantastic breakfast try the haggis.

A brilliant Guest House. Very comfortable en suite room and excellent breakfast. Also made to feel very welcome. Great value for money and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just stayed at the Rivetside guest house for 2 nights with my family . What can I say loved every minute, Helen is a first class host and the rooms are excellent we were made to feel welcome from the first minute we stepped in the door. Breakfast was excellent and everything you could want and as much as you want .  We occupied 3 rooms and all were lovely with personnel touches , like the trays in every room also the supplies in the bathrooms . Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll certainly be back just have to remember to book early.
