Uncomfortable lumpy beds flat pillows toilet falling off the wall and leaking onto the floor.nStaff are lovely and really helpful reported the toilet and the young guy that was on the desk tried to swap rooms for us but as he was on his own and would have to make a room up for 4 of us we agreed to stuff towels under the toilet as we were only staying the night. I asked for extra pillows and the hunt was on as the hotel was full. Fair play he found some after about 20mins.nWould we stay there again probably not but that's not against the staff that's just down to it being a run down hotel that needs a good Reno!
Excellent hotel! I was totes lucked out to be in a room next to a singer from the word famous Impromptu ladies choir. I loved hearing her warm up whilst showering. Lovely hotel! I will definitely be returning. I am also going to join a choir!
Hotel was what it is it’s a Travelodge but it was clean enough tea and coffee pillows etc was very comfy helpful staff no air con just a fan but the main one was NO hot water at all from the moment we got there till we left couldn’t even wash on a hot day it was Sunday 28th and the Monday EARLY CHECK IN LATE CHECK FOR A WEDDING WITH NO HOT WATER not one shower could we take let the stay down and made a very sweaty uncomfortable wedding so thanks for that
Nice, clean, tidy, well looked after hotel. Basic, but it's a Travelodge, so what are you expecting? Probably the best budget hotel I have stayed in recently. The only downside was the noisy food delivery at 7am under our window
Very unpleasant experience. Lets start from the car park which is £7.5 a day. Customer service: I gave my booking confirmation with reference number and everything on it. Person at the reception couldn't find me. He kept serving people behind me, which happend few times. Finally after waiting about 30 minutes I gave him the same email confirmation zooming in on my name then he found me. Room doesn't even have a proper shower only a bathtub.
