the bathroom is disgusting, the shower curtains had hair in it and the body wash holder also had hair on it which made me very uncomfortable showering, the sink wasn’t clean either. do they even vacuum the carpets?? i couldn’t leave the bed without my flip flops. the bed sheet also had blood on it which was repulsive. the room smelt of sweat when first coming in even though the window was open which was very inviting *hint the sarcasm*. although, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice so I got a good sleep. all I can say is that you get what you paid for but i thought the cleanliness would have been better. I rate it a 2/5 and wouldn’t come here again.
Signage for reception needs drastic overhaul far too small as you cannot see building from car park due to heavily wooded area, lovely stay however as location lends itself to being very quiet and and pitch black. Rooms need some updating lack of sockets as an example.Rooms: 4/5
We visited from the 10th-13th January 2023 We bave stayed at better equipped travel lodges. The carpet and decor needs updating. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay. The team there are helpful, kind and always have a welcoming smile. Local knowledge of restaurants was spot on. Thank you. On a personal note, my wife is seriously ill with her life limiting Cancer. The reception team each day were very helpful, and looked after us extremely well. Having worked for many years in retail, I know few people will ever say when something is good. We would like to say customer service is exceptional. They have got it right. Thank you.
Where the sheets have no stains and the rooms don't stink of drains. It's a shame that the independent restaurant has closed, but the ladies in Greggs certainly bake some nice pasties.Rooms: 5/5

Very polite and helpful staff,especially a receptionist called Tina,I think...budget hotel but all you need there,was told due for modernisation after Xmas...Jimmy the cat is a star!!...quiet and free parking,always a bonus!!Rooms: 5/5
Hotel reception is impossible to find as there’s no signs, right next to a dingy old abandoned restaurant which made it look a bit empty, the rooms smelled of damp and the lights flicker constantly. The hotel isn’t near anything and pretty remote
Its a travel lodge, u get what u pay for. Overall rooms were clean, reception was accommodating and had a comfy sleep. Good experience.Rooms: 3/5
We just love this hotel. Very comfortable and quiet room, beautiful views into the woods. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every time we are in Kent, we stay at this Travelodge. Pet friendly and the hotel even adopted a cat, everyone is feeding Jimmy outside. We will definitely come back.Rooms: 5/5
It has friendly staff, a good environment, nice place to stay.
