Love this place! We went for a weekend for our anniversary and we loved every minute. The gardens are beautiful to explore and have a wander around we spent hours walking around. Our room was amazing with a stand alone bath and such a comfortable bed! We had breakfast both mornings and the food was absolutely amazing! The staff are great and so attentive, it was our anniversary and they left cake and our towels left in a heart shape which we throughly was so sweet! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here who needs to get away!

My husband and I booked for 2 nights after the craziness of Christmas. We stayed in the Butler room. Absolutely stunning room and views, the gardens are incredible even in bad weather. Roll top Bath in the room and a lovely power shower in the bathroom.  The bed and lining were so comfy and we very much appreciated the supply of tea and coffee. Loved how covid safe it felt with collecting our keys. Photos attached it had been raining all day the grounds are incredible!

What a find this B&B was. I booked the butler room, which has a luxury freestanding bath in the main bedroom to take in the views over the gardens. Lovely and clean,  cosy with really comfy bed and bedding. Plenty of towels including face cloths. Huge shower in the bathroom which is decorated really nicely. Amazing freshly baked shortbread biscuits in the room with plenty of tea and coffee unlike many b&bs/hotels I stop in. Plug by the bed which again is a nice touch. Big desk too, which is perfect as I travel for business. Set in beautiful gardens/grounds, which I explored despite the bad weather. Cant wait to go back when it is in bloom! Amy and Ali are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, with nice thick bacon and a good continental breakfast choice too, they cant do enough for you. And to top it off - warm homemade scones still warm! with a wooden disposable knife with jam and butter on check out! Couldn't recommend this B&B enough,have already booked my next night for when I am back in the area.

Amy and the team looked after us really well. Breakfast is great. The room Sir Edwyn was amazing. The gardens are beautiful. Little touches like mini cakes and a cafetiere in the room are lovely.

Mount Ephraim's rooms and grounds are really lovely and peaceful we stayed in Butler, which has a beautiful freestanding bath, and we were so well looked after by Amy and the team. Lovely vegetarian cooked breakfast too. Already planning a return visit.Rooms: 5/5

Home away from home.This was our second visit here,will definitely be a 3rd. Lovely grounds to walk around. Food is always delicious. Rooms are lovely as well as the staff are always so polite,friendly and welcoming

We stayed in the Sir Edwyn suite for one night and found it to be of the highest quality. Very peaceful room, full of character. The breakfast was first class and we were well looked after by Gosia. We highly recommend. Graham and JoannaRooms: 5/5

Great b&b, lovely helpful staff,great location, excellent gardens. We were there for a car rally,  Austin Counties Car Club. Great day despite dull and overcast weather.

Very beautiful gardens,will go back to explore them more,about 10acres..great topiary,plants,flowers,fountain,maze,Japanese area  ..theres a tea room and look out for various events held here or plan your own personal events here..weddings,family gathering..or like us use as a stop over b+b..we almost found this little gem by chance,so glad we did..theres no restaurant for evening meal but lots of places close by to have a nice meal..lots of parking .we didnt get the chance to explore the house ,but our room was amazing very spacious,it had the heating on ready with cakes on our tea tray to welcome us,bathroom excellent..good quality bedding and towels,lovely furnishings.will definitely go back here
