Friendly, helpful staff. Most importantly the staff were not pushy but could not do enough to offer different options and look into reviews of various hotels and resorts. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Booked 2 holidays with these guys now and the service is absolutely spot on, they do not want to just sell you a holiday, but they will spend time with you going through your options, the staff are not pushy, they want thier customers to be happy with what they are buying, so me personally if the staff are willing to sit with you for over an hour  then to me this is quality service, not like other travel agents who will just want you to come in and buy a holiday then push you out of the door because they want to earn more commission, the girl's at coop travel are brilliant  very professional and can have a good laugh with  too I would recommend coop travel
