When I told the PHARMACIST at the PHARMACY I was there to collect my PRESCRIPTION, she looked at me like I'd asked for doughnuts at the Pizza Counter! Tutting, huffing and eye rolling her way through entering the details and raising her voice at me as she asked them. She then made me repeat the D.O.B several times in earshot of other customers, GDPR then asked her colleague to ask me "because I don't understand a word she's saying" - while the Pharmacist did speak in broken English, perhaps a basic understanding of dates, at least, and being dragged up with a few basic manners is what is needed here. NEVER AGAIN. Visited 11/11/22 @ 18:00 if that means anything to anyone at Asda EDIT - I have also found someone else's written prescription with all of their details stuffed inside my own tablets!!
