Avoid if possible. Poor overall experience. The play area itself is fine however a few things really need to improve. Parking is quite small in terms of people that visit there. You will not get places to park till the last set of people leave That too the parking spaces are too tight. Once in, we had the registration and the kids were given a band. We had reached 30 minutes before our actual slot, as instructed, however no one turned up to give the briefing till past our time. Seems they were busy with birthday party groups etc... did we pay less, No, then why would you not serve us? Finally after talking to three people we were accommodated. Then the toilets.....looking at the number of people who come and will have to wait for an hour usually, the set of toilets are useless. Stinky, unhygienic, not enough....one loo for more than 50 men and two for same number of women any given time in that area....my wife went in and nearly vomited and ran out. Couldn't use it. Such was the condition of the loo. Waiting area has a Costa which serves the usual, coffee etc. So overall I am not sure if this is the condition of all the Trampoline parks in their franchise or just this one, but I didn't like it overall... May be, the others are better. The management of this place needs to check a few things if they don't want to loose their customers
Excellent, new facilities with everything you could want in an indoor play area! We were especially happy to use the performance trampolines you have to sign a special waiver. Food options are a bit limited but not expensive. Wifi is great and outlets available. Bus Z from Luton railway is 10 minutes.
A good place for kids to spend an hour jumping and running. You get to fill up a waiver form and declare minors under your name if there is any.
Excellent place for the kids to enjoy themselves. Soft play for young ones was good. I don't understand why you employ blind people to check the toilets. I have never seen such disgusting unhygienic toilets. My 5 year old grandson wouldn't even use them. Such a shame to let down a fantastic place.
I took my two grandchildren here. They had a great time, a great workout, and they both said that they wanted to return too. There was a good café upstairs from where I could keep an eye on their antics, so I enjoyed the visit too.
Wonderful place & fantastic staff. I thought I'd lost my 7yo & they soon placed him but in the interim covered all exits, had staff looking across the park & also started checking cctv. I cannot commend them enough for their response.
Went there a few months ago. Soft play was dirty and really dusty. Looked like children could get I’ll from how unhygienic it looked. I went today for the trampolining however was told they close at 6pm? But website/google says 8pm! Was not happy. Asked the employee for more details on the sessions she had no clue.. avoid at alll closets. Young workers with attitude and no knowledge of services.
Had a birthday party. Booked for 10kids. Everything fine as long as you don't have kids with late notice, miscounting or even shwoing up with no notice. I understand their have a policy in place and emails been sent telling won't be able to add any extra kids... but it is human being to find solution and it is not a big deal to deal with.... it is kids parties and anythink can happen... I have asked just for extra chair ir party room and want to pay full price with no food, but... kids where left behind... i
Great fun for kids of all ages , good value too , £10 each for an hour , just long enough for kids. Costa upstairs is reasonably priced too and has a great view of the park
Went on sunday, bins all over the place there to catch water from leaky roof! Daughter jumped in a foam pit and came out with soaking wet leggings. Just hope that was leaky rainwater too. Suggested the area should be closed to staff, no action taken at all to investigate. Didn't feel hygienic or safe.
