The first & only time I've travelled with this company i can honestly say it's a disgrace & waste of money. I went to Lake Garda, Italy. Coach leaving Newport had to turn back because somebody had arrived late, so as you can gather, we arrived in Italy late. Haven't eaten so hotel gave us something that isn't filling but the Germans can have a full dish, disgusting & nationality biased. Wasn't allowed in the swimming pool, wasn't allowed basically to do anything, holiday was a shambolic waste of money, complaining to Leisuretime about our treatment & their reply was glad you enjoyed your holiday & hope you travel again. Clearly you can see HQ didn't read our complaint nor do they take complants seriously. Disgusting treatment we received, Leisuretime are a useless holiday company, pay big money & expect quality, instead it's nothing like the brochure. Still can't get my refund for negligence

I think lesuretime is the most disgusting company on this earth and should not be in the customer service industry they are rude and arogant

We were given vouchers for Christmas and decided to use them over Easter. There was only a Weston Super Mare trip or a Mystery trip. As we had been to Weston several times, we booked the Mystery. We received notification about a week before and were told we were going to Weston. I was a little disappointed but nothing we could do. We did not receive labels for our cases or an itinerary. We were picked up in Swansea at 6.45 am, we were told by another passenger that we would be stopping in Bristol for 3 hours. (Not what we expected or wanted). During the journey the floor level heaters got extremely hot and the driver was asked to turn down the heating. He said he had, but it wasn't working. So we had to suffer extreme heat. By the time we reached Weston, my ankles were extremely swollen and sore. Couldn't face the bus again on the Saturday and therefore missed the trips. The driver was very nice and helpful. However the hotel wasn't too good. We didn't have a bedroom, it was a glorified cupboard. Shower didn't work properly and the food wasn't too good either. Breakfasts were nice. We have been on many many coach weekends, but to be honest, this one was disappointing to say the least. Very dubious about booking with Leisuretime again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip with leisuretime to the Isle of Wight at the end of April. Our driver Steve, was very knowledgable, extremely helpful, friendly and his driving was superb! He really did make sure everyones trip was what they wanted it to be! The coach ride was very smooth and comfortable, and the coach clean and tidy! Our hotel, the Shanklin Beach Hotel was perfect for our needs. The Hotel was well appointed and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food was really lovely and it was situated perfectly looking out over the beach! Having used leisuretime various times in the past (Paris, Tuscany and the Cotswolds to name a few), I have to say you really do get great value for money with their trips! You couldn't organise a trip anyway near as cheap on your own with so much included! For us, leisuretime is a very trusted company, who we know will give us everything we need in our holidays, and so will always be the first brochure we look through! Their holidays include so much that there truly is something for everyone regardless of age or budget! We'd like to thank everyone at leisuretime for their continued superb service and look forward to our next holiday with them !

Absolutely shocking company. Waste of time booking as they cancel regularly and leave you in limbo. Twice I booked for the same tried & twice the pull it within a week of departure! Having previously booked other trips with family i.e. Birmingham & had the same experience I should have known better I guess. Then each time apparently helping offering an alternative which is clearly not remotely of the same interest. The only plus is the member of staff who actually booked my break, credit where credit is due absolutely lovely lady. I understand things happen but seriously leisuretime there's a problem somewhere.
