Lovely accommodation, the reception staff were all lovely, even though I hadn't booked ahead they found me a minimalist room in no time at all. Unusual clothing policy I must add, they wanted me to wear their own brand of clothing....must be a unity thing. The bed was a little thin and wasn't what I would call a Sunday afternoon bed, but it was sturdy and cool. The facilities were somewhat lacking in the room, however the maid was happy to get tea and coffee. I felt extremely attended to. Normally you are left to your own devices when staying at a hotel, not here. Once again I put this down to a Fantastic community spirit. Maybe the staff were also a little lonely, I'm unsure. Will certainly come again. 10/10

Very friendly service, continental breakfast was amazingJUICEBOX! and the room was great. Could have been a little warmer but overall it was welcoming, receptionist mentioned that the TV had to be removed due to a technical problem but that wasn’t a problem as I kiestered a mobile phone inside. Overall Very clean and walls where all neutral colours. The screaming toilet gave the room personality! Don’t get me started on the maids, never have I ever been so pleased. They check up on you every half an hour or so, and bring you refreshments if you need them. Check-out time is late so you can sleep in without it being disturbed. The big doors and fortified locks give you a sense of security which in turn makes for an even greater experience. I had a very enjoyable experience and wish to return soon.
Staff were very polite while arresting me. Car was very clean and extremely comfortable. The room I checked into was very basic, not much decorating. Still got a few hours kip... and the food selections were tempting but I didn’t want to get food poisoning from even looking at the meals they had. Checking out was extremely pleasant. Will highly recommend and will be back next Saturday since I’ve got a business trip to the Pub...
Hi, Just had interview for job advertised where I was required to complete lengthy application form, and after waiting 3 weeks requested to book interview and complete vetting forms ! I did this knowing that any application would be based on ones merits rather than their age ,and WYP was not organisation which would be prejudiced by their race,equality or age over view! No interest was shown by interviewers, no docs were asked for despite request to bring them in ,and they failed to contact me thereafter.It was not until I chased them 7 days later I got response day after .I still have not had any explanation weeks later in respect of feedback or that I was regarded as fulfilling their criteria for interviewing someone of certain age for their business requirements Please do not bother subjecting yourself to any interview if you have reached 50 + yrs as you may just be wasting your time.
Worst night of my life. No chocolate on my pillow and microwave meal like Wetherspoons. Can’t even afford a lid for the toilet. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon. Deffo wouldn’t recommend.
Top Notch Service. I was selected at random whilst driving on Great Horton Road. First thing first I was taken out of my Toyota Yaris and placed in to a 69 plate BMW, it had all the latest gadgets within, slightly tinted windows, child locks on with a id say a 5inch screen in front to watch the live traffic pass by. Only downfall was the staff, they were very rude, i only wanted to turn up the radio but the rude staff member pushed my hands back. Excuse me love but I pay your wages how dare you treat me like a criminal. Anyway, off we went to Trafalgar Hotel. We arrived at location and the staff had a change of mood, she helped me bring my bags in. Bless Her. To my suprise I only had to say my name and date of birth and the rest info was already in system so it gave me the rest of the 5 or 10mins to soak up the amazing furniture and central heating system. I must admit the lady behind the counter was a right fitter. Anyway this bloke slowly and softly patted me down, not sure if he was a queer but he certainly had a big smile on his face after he stroked past my 9incher The room i was given was the largest of rooms at the Hotel. It was very spacious, could do with a lick of paint but it wasnt that bad. The toilet was clean and sparkly, the mattress was ok but if you do visit i suggest you flip it over. You get a regular check every hour of so. Once nobody checked on me for like 2hours so i just played dead and got them to check on me every 30min instead. The food are ok but the plastic cutlery they provide are very flimsy and break quite easy which ruins the whole food experience They take your trousers and claim to give them a wash which i think is a lie but never the less atleast the provide you with clean pyjamas and you get to keep them unlike other hotels Would i visit this place again. OFCOURSE I WOULD but like i mentioned about your only selected at random and if you tick all the boxes to qualify. Special shoutout to DC 2007 i think his number was. Bit of a C*NT but wasnt that bad
Where to start. they offer a free pick up service which is cheaper and quicker then uber. driver was polite and friendly had a good chat. arrived at police station and got doorstep service they make everyone feel like a celebrity. check in time hidious had too wait two hours for my room even thought they were expecting me as chaffuer rsng in advance. after wsiting two hours reveption staff were polite and checked me into my room, which was quite small and didnt have a decent view and matress was hard but on bright side blanket was nice think it was made of cashmere. within 20 mins of me checking in i were offered dinner which did not have much options so sadly had to decline. dont get me started on room service that was slow. overall enjoyed my stay but rooms need modernising and staff need more training on customer service.
I'm autistic/Asperger's and they ware the nicest ,kindest, most respectful, and swift working officers one could ask for after having to be detained while injured and traumatized
Nice warm room, matress was very uncomfortable hard brick pillow. Don't get me started on the food and brews burn your tongue off!!! Room service was terrible had buzzer turned off on me. Staff very rude kidnapping me from my own home and holding me hostage interagated for a crime I did not commit.
