Awful. Goods never turned up. Had to call them repeatedly  - had every excuse about couldn't find house, no-one at home etc. Don't use this company.

First Class service, very broad range of competitively priced merchandise. Helpful staff with the option to collect from the Maidenhead store. Will always be my first choice when looking to buy.

Poor, this company decided to dump 3x storage heaters at the gateway of the property (about 100 yards from our house) I complained and all they could do was say sorry. We are now having to have the help from others to lift 450kg of storage heaters because they couldn't do their job. Disgusting company

Waited nearly a week for a part for Under floor heating. Would have been quicker to make one out of a unicorn than but from these jokers. Unhappy to say the least and my Royal Mail tracking number doesn't work either. If I could give 0 I would.

Brought a bathroom unit from Trading Depot uk , when arrived wasn't what expected on website so they said would refund which they did but charged £25 fo returning , would. not use again
