Disrespectful & dishonest “aftercare”. The second we raise a complaint, the owner becomes argumentative and confrontational. Know your consumer rights before dealing with this wolf in sheep’s clothing, because he’s not above intimidating you to get out of issuing refunds, repairs and/or replacements (and if he does issue them, he’s not above changing his mind!). Dear Mr. Owner: Well done for destroying the trust of your once loyal customers. You’ll be relieved to know you won’t have to deal with us ever again.

The Owner / Manager of this store is incredibly rude, and made derogatory comments to my wife when she came into browse, and to myself on a second independent visit. Given how potential customers are treated, I would dread to think what the after sales service is like. Avoid.

Never to shop here again 2 months later £1000 dinning table started to crumble ask for repair or replacement the owner got all aggressive and went green literally told me to do 1 stay well clear guys the mans a complete rip of no warranty no after care no refund in his world his goods are waste of space money and time
