June 2015. I was looking for a property to rent and phoned around some local agents. I found that Bridgfords were really helpful and Anna, lettings negotiator, found me a property really fast! I found the staff to be very nice, helpful, friendly and also professional. I also had occasion to speak to Steve who I think is the branch manager, and Leah who is a property manager and found them to be extremely helpful and understanding. I have had experience of a few letting agents over the years, and I can certainly say that I trust Bridgfords, North Shields, and highly recommend the team! So if you are looking for a property they will do their best to match you to the property that is right for you!

Great service from Bridgfords! Very professional and thorough. They really do stick out from the other agents in terms of their communication and attitude. They secured tenants to rent our home in Whitley Bay and the process was painless and easy.

All members of staff who I spoke to at Bridgfords were very helpful and kind, during the rather stressful process of securing a home. I would like to personally commend Anna Ross, who dealt with my (many many) queries and couldn't have offered more assistance to myself and partner. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience with this letting agent. If only all of them could be this great!

Complained many many times over 6 months about issues. Each time they took note of the issues and left until we contacted them again. This is a constant issue. Would not recommend using.

Dreadful, slow, useless. Missing documents, delays, deposit details still missing after 6 weeks. That legal?
Documents written by 'qualified staff' a joke? Everything late, inaccurate and last minute?
Even when I complained I was treated as an idiot. They took the full £360 fee though. Act dumb and then you do not have to deal with issues because you 'do not understand'?
Complaint? it goes directly to the same people who are useless- so not designed for customers then! Its the Bridgfords/Countrywide way!
