After looking online for a used car and specifically wanting a Hyundai i10 I'm came across this gem of a Dealers! They had exactly the car I wanted and after reading the wonderful reviews and information about them I decided to travel from Kent to Essex. At the time I was feeling rather apprehensive (surely this company was to good to be true!), as on a previous occasion when buying a car I was treated rather unprofessionally and lost a lot of money because of a dishonest trader. My fears were alleviated the minute I walked into Trade Price Cars. They were extremely helpful, and I walked out of there very happy and secure in the knowledge that I have been sold a very good car at a very good price and had peace if mind, which is so important. I would like to thank all of the staff involved and have already recommended them to many of my friends.

Hassle free car buying at a fair price: I went the Trade Price Cars after seeing a car that I was interested in online. I was able to test drive the vehicle on my arrival at the dealer and was happy with the car. They offer 6 month warranty and 12 months RAC breakdown which sounded good. But I wasn't immediately sure that I wanted to buy it. I did not feel pressured by the sales team. I tried to get some money off the price but they said they don't do deals and the price is fair (which it was). It's actually quite nice to not have to worry about haggling as it's not my strong point!! I did a bit of online searching and decided to go with it. The process of buying was really easy and hassle-free. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure to deal with Trade Price Cars a smooth process for purchase fast and stress free. We were able to minimise the time spent looking at options by looking on their easy to use website. Half the work was done for us before we even got to look at the car in person. We were in and out in 2hrs and the car was cleaned and ready to be taken by the sign we had done the final hand shake. I had a few teething issues within 24hrs, but after popping back in to notify the team, this was resolved straight away. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy first time or for a new car from their existing. Local or traveling the team all seems like a nice team of people and wish to offer the best service they can. Friendly and very clear when explaining the legal, contractual side of things very understanding when finding us the best deal that works for our budget and financial boundaries. Good chat and knowledge of the industry and business he works within.

Outstanding Without a doubt, the best second hand car buying experience I have ever had. Throughout the whole process from initial telephone enquiry to driving away in the car was an absolute pleasure. Every member of staff were both professional and courteous and made you feel totally at ease. No pushy sales jargon or pressure to buy at any time. They even came and picked me up from the train station, never had that before. I tip my cap and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Trade Price Cars to any person. A big thank you from me for putting a big old grin on my face as I drove away, well worth the 180 mile round trip.

A fantastic experience all round. Having worked in a car dealership myself I'm used to a long convoluted process for hours and hours on end. What happened here? Got to the dealership having called Graham previously, and the first thing he did was test drive the car. No faffing about. Very genuine person, cared very much and we had a good natter about car sales in general. I was in the dealership for just under three hours and had driven off immediately after in my new car. Save yourself the trouble of going to a franchise dealership if you're getting a used car, this is the place to go - please trust me.
