Tony showed us around, left us to it and then took us for a test drive.. a very friendly, straight forward and honest guy. All the cars on the lot looked in great condition. The one we looked at was immaculate but not quite big enough for our needs. We will keep an eye out on the crouch vale website though because I would feel confident buying from them in the future. Many thanks for your time Tony.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this company, I was told that the car was being sold on behalf of a relative therefore a private cash sale with no come back.Like a mug I believed him. within days an electrical fault appeared, it now looks that it will cost hundreds of pounds to put right. be warned. I gave 1 star because I could post with zero.
As far as used car dealers go, you'd be hard pressed to find many better. A small independent dealer offering used cars, I made a purchase here in 2013. The car represented excellent value for money as did the warranty and driveaway insurance that were included in the purchase price. The dealer was able to offer a range of very good finance options from a variety of sources for me to choose from, and kept me fully informed about what/how everything was going throughout the purchase process. Since then I have bought another 2 cars, and although bought elsewhere we did review this dealers stock each time as would be not hesitate to but from them again.
Although we never met in person due to shielding I can honestly say what a lovely experience buying from you very helpful understanding and professional two very nice men Tony and Brian..thank you 100% recommend you won't go wrong buying from these guys 100%genuine
Very helpful guy,couldn't make a deal unfortunately but wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and would deal with them again in the future.
Tony & Brian are honest and straightforward. It's a shame they are the exception rather than the norm.
Let us look around at the vehicles without pressure. Great. Chose a vehicle. Sorted easily.
