Welcome to The Wright Car Company, an established family run business who are FCA registered and are RAC affiliated, We are based at: Alpha Garden Centre, 238 London Road , Wickford, Essex , ss120jx .

We have over 20 years’ experience in the motor / car finance industry.

All of our retail cars come with a FREE RAC mechanical warranty and include FREE RAC roadside recovery and home start for complete peace of mind.

All our cars advertised are HPI checked and clear.

Cars will come with a new 12 month MOT, Part exchange is welcomed, 5 day drive away car insurance is available from £14.50 , Various RAC warranty upgrade packages are available from only £150.00, Professional full valet inside and out.

We specialise in arranging your car finance for your new car, we work closely with a large panel of lenders who are looking to say YES today regardless of your credit history.

We can offer low rate car finance from as low as 4% for those with a prime / good credit history rating.

We also have a large panel of lenders who are looking to say YES even if you have a sub prime / bad credit history rating.

No deposit car finance is available.

This is designed for those that would have normally been seen as a high risk lend or would have normally been declined, this finance package is based more on affordability than on your past credit history.

Car finance is arranged in three easy steps:

1. Make an application with our finance underwriter.

2. Secure your finance £95.00, This deposit will come off the price of your new car.

3. Sign and collect your new car.

Cutting a long story short my partners Volkswagen Golf had been killed by a garage.. so we had to scrap, which left us without a car, we found this Ford Fiesta and instantly fell in love with it! Service was great, loved the car and it has been wonderful for me thus far. I did think it odd when it said they were sold with 12 Months MOT and mine had 6, yet they said it would be fine and fly through so don't worry. Turns out the car is decatted and I'm looking at great expense to rectify only 6 months after buying.
Found a car via Autotrader that pointed me into the direction of 'The Wright Company'. The experience and customer service was superb from the get go. No pushy sales or constant calling rather Rich let me know all the details I needed and let me make my own decision. Had the car ready to collect within a few days. Honestly one of the best experience with a car company I've had. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We live 60 miles away from this garage so most of the contact was done over the phone. Lets just say you felt like you was speaking to genuine people from the start. They had a car i was interested in so I made my way there with out the mrs Happy days lol. I arrived at 3pm by 3.05pm I put a deposit on a lovely car because this garage is run by a family and that made it easy for me because they are a quality car sales people and gave me such a good price on my car. I returned with Mrs to finalise the payments and treat her to a day out with me, my new car and take her to IKEA for a slap up meal lol. Honestly if you like one of there cars dont hesitate to call them, text, email or just turn up. Great service so far . Thanks Lee and the mrs
I was looking for a bmw 6 series gran coupe which is not that common on our roads ,browsing through auto trader I found one 10 mins up the road , so of I go . I was greeted by Micheal who basically said here’s the keys have a good look round on your own no pressure, anything I can help with please ask, I spent 20 mins going round the car and go see Micheal to discuss the history. I came back the next day to view with my partner of which Micheal waited and stayed open for us . I put a deposit on the car and by the Friday I’m cruising around in my new bmw . Thanks guys for all your help with my purchase I’m over the moon with the car . Rich and Mike are the people to see if you want a new car if your spending a £1000 or £30000 you are treated the same with respect and honesty!!! Cheers guys I’m over the moon !!!
Having dealt with Rich and his family for the last 5 years speaks volumes in itself. As someone pretty clueless about cars, I trusted them instantly knowing they had my best interests at heart even helping me pick a different less priced car to what I wanted as it was the safer choice for my then to be born daughter. I recently picked up my new car from the wright car company, this making my second purchase from these guys. Firstly, the car I bought is fantastic, it’s a great car at a great price. But I must again praise the team for such fantastic service. I contact them in need of a car after being informed that my old car was being written off. They not only helped and advised me regarding dealing with the insurance and the finance on my old car but reassured me that he would help with getting me a new car. Subsequently, it’s because of this service, I would recommend them to anyone. It’s their tailor-made service that sets them apart from main dealerships, were I would have just been another sale in their books. I can’t thank the team at The Wright Car Company enough for making a very stressful time, somewhat easier and doing so with such professionalism and understanding. Thanks again guys. Highly recommend these guys. Professional, friendly and the whole process was so easy. Even with bad credit rating I was able to get finance at an affordable repayment schedule and now have a lovely 14 plate car! Will definitely return if and when I decide to trade in. Well, how to I even begin to thank and praise Wright Cars, especially Richard.... We have today picked up our new car from them, at beautiful 64 plate Ford Focus Estate. Richard has turned himself inside out to help us and make this happen for us and I will never have praise or thanks enough to express how grateful we are. Richard sourced the car for us after we gave him a description of the kind of car we wanted and it is as if it is tailor made for us! It is just stunning! It’s like a brand new car. It was in their showroom when we got there, had been beautifully valeted and looked stunning. As did every car they had for sale. I have never come across such a great car sales company and I highly highly recommend them. I will be recommending them to everyone!! Thank you so much for making this all happen for us.
