My dog has cancer, and Brendan and his staff have been amazing throughout. What he doesn't know about pet health isn't worth knowing. We drive 40 minutes regularly and wouldn't see anyone else.

I took my dog to Brendan when she was very poorly.  He was extremely sympathetic and quickly established her problems.  They admitted her and I was expecting bad news.  They did, however, work wonders and shes continuing to improve.  All the staff there are excellent ,very caring.  I travel from Sheffield to see them and would recommend this vet practice to anyone.

We have taken our 2 Border Terriers to Towerwood since we got them 7 years ago and all tge vets and staff have been great - from helping the dogs to socialise at puppy parties to saving their lives, not to mention the on-going regular care. Love them.

Very mixed feelings.
A good very caring holistic vets practice  no doubt but possibly a bit greedy. 
I think one pays for a premium service but may not get one.
Concerns over internal communication issues.
Inadequate dispensing instructions for complex medication schedules.
Staff seem to go silent if any criticism is made of the practice.

Beware of estimated costs:
  My estimate of approx' £500 turned into a bill of over £1200 without a single word of warning/consultation.
When I raised this matter some staff didn't even understand why it might be an issue for people.

I would only use again for a very serious issue.

That said I have no doubt your pet will be looked after with the utmost care, skill and genuine respect in very good facilities.

Its a nice enough vets, the staff are nice, knowledgeable and friendly but there is a long waiting time to see a vet. Nurses appointments are quick but vet appointments always seem to take ages. I've waited over an hour for appointment before (on several occassions) and 40mins this  time. I think they actually forgot me which when you're the only one there is a bit odd.

The waiting time is why i have minused a star.
