The food here comes in fresh every day. They have all kinds of exotic food that they can do all sorts with which you don't get in any other place. The rates are affordable and fair, the staff is friendly and professional. Great place, will be visiting again.

Always a warm welcome from the lovely and knowledgeable staff. The 24 hr emergency service is brilliant  I highly recommend this practice.

Holly House has been looking after my cats since it first opened. It's a wonderful place, with skilful, compassionate staff who really care. Special thanks to Sara Ramsey for her loving kindness both to our beautiful Gazmo, and to us when the time came to let our little cat go. I would recommend anyone to go to Holly House, you won't find a better vet's anywhere.

Good vets and they love our large dogs. Very accommodating with the appointments for them together. Can be a bit pricey with the drug. Check the prescription and sourcing yourself option for some of them it can be cheaper.

Parasitical vultures!!!
I had to include one star to post this review.

I took my cat Daisy for a lion clip under a mild sedation. She was a Norwegian Forrest cat and her hair was long and at times difficult to manage. Ever since that visit she wasn’t right. She stopped eating and lost a drastic amount of weight. During that time they took roughly £1500 for different tests. X-rays costing £150 and numerous blood tests, leukocyte testing and at one point they kept her overnight for observation which I sincerely regret. She only seemed to eat when she had metacam. I had to liquidise food so that she could manage to get something down without chewing. I argued that my cat was in pain but they were unsympathetic and requested more money for yet more tests.
They found nothing wrong with her,
apparently the tests were inconclusive.
In the end when my cat completely stopped eating and was literally starving to death, Sara Ramsey then told me it was best to put her to sleep because I had a very sick cat. She said I could pay for another test which meant I would have it in writing exactly what was wrong with her.
At that point i had to do what was best for my cat and put her out of her misery.

It’s taken me a year to write this review because I had to accept the inevitable.
I advise anyone with a pet to avoid this vetinary group completely. In the end when your pet dies because of these people, you’ll have paid for Apple screens in every room and the over heads they always mentioned when I moaned about the price. 

My cat was fine until I left her in the hands of these people.
