I've always found the staff here to be approachable and helpful. Importantly they do a good job and they are a mechanics I would recommend to others.

Incredible customer service! I had break problems which another garage failed to identify the day before. Tower Garage squeezed me into their busy schedule and sorted the problem out that day, all for a good price. Fully transparent garage, and nice people. This is my go to garage from now on.
Brilliant garage, I have been using them for 3 years and they have been fantastic just had a few jobs done for the mot and they came in earlier and less expensive than the quote. I have had a look around the workshops and testing areas and I have been pleased to see how neat they are, no piles of greasy rags and oil spills but nicely maintained spaces with the tools for the jobs nicely arranged and near to hand. Friendly staff are happy to help you with anything you need and will not "find" work that needs to be done unless it really needs to be done, they don't need to make work for themselves. I have had three mots done there and they have been great every time, a bulb for the first mot, 1 mild advisory. The second year no bulb needed, 1 mild advisory again. Third mot mild fail, the advisory item had warn down too much and needed to be replaced, booked in 2 days later after a, lucky for me, cancellation and they fixed it all not only undertime by a couple of hours but also under quoted price as they had sourced some deals on the parts and passed the saving down to the lucky customer me I will continue to use this nicely run company to keep my Kia Rio running for as long as I can as it is a great little car with plenty of space, easy to drive and not expensive to own imho. Tower Road garage deserves the 5 star reviews, helpful and friendly they will have you fixed and back on the road in no time at all.
Would highly recomend . Despite them being very busy, they found the time to investigate a problem with my car, ABS and traction control lights had come on on the long journey down on holiday. They investigated it and gave a honest and fair assessment of the problem. The prices quoted we good as so many garages would try to fleece stranded holiday makers, but this garage were clearly not doing this, they were just honest, helpful and professional. Would have no hesitation going back :-
Had a screeching fanbelt whilst on holiday. Popped in in the hope they could fix it and they managed to fit me in within the hour . Great service lads and a very happy customer crept silently home back up the M5 two days later. Recommend these guys to all ....friendly service at a great price.
Absolutely great service. On holiday and both brake light bulbs blew, just happened on this garage/parts and they had bulbs in stock at brilliant price. 10/10
This was the first time I used Tower Garage the service was excellent very efficient and the Garage staff polite and helpful
