1st Class service. Thank you. I have used the services of National Tyres and Autocare, Newquay twice now in the last couple of months. My first visit was for three tyres for my BMW Mini One. I ordered the tyres and booked the time over the internet and then took the car in. Great customer service from everyone involved. The second visit was a couple of weeks ago, and the chaps remembered me. This time I booked my visit by phone and I was given lots of choices of tyres that would be suitable. I took my car in the same day and left it with them while I walked round Newquay. Within the hour the phone rang and it was "Ben" confirming my car was ready. I cannot fault National Tyres for price or customer service. Well done and Thank you

Right where do I start? I am from Eastbourne, East Sussex. Me and my other half had booked a romantic weekend away to Newquay. Bearing in mind this was the same weekend the ‘Beast from the East’ hit the UK. Despite the red weather warnings we traveled down anyway as I didn’t seem that bad due to reports. Anyway cut a long story short we had a 13 hour journey and was 30 seconds away from the hotel. I turned down a road that was icy but it was too late to try and reverse up the hill. I tried braking but it was no use the car was sliding. I hit the curb. Bearing in mind we traveled 300 miles to get to our destination it was unlikely we were going to make it home. We got to the hotel, gingerly, and went to bed. Woke up in the morning and went to the local Kwik Fit branch. The bloke took one look at the car and said it’s a write off he also said I bent the steering rack without putting the car on the ramp. I phoned the AA and they were unable to help. I phoned my insurance to try and get recovered home and they said it was going to be £1000. We were running out of ideas until we found these guys. I gave Mike a call and he told me to bring the car round. We arrived at the garage and straight away it was on a ramp. They checked the car over and straight away the found I bent the track rods. I told them my situation and they were straight on the phone to get the parts. I was having new tyres at the local branch In Eastbourne a couple of days later. They phoned head office and made the transfer and fitted the new tyres for me at the same time. They told me that the car would be ready a day later. Considering we dropped the car off at two o’clock it was done by five thrity that same day. It also cost me a lot less than getting the car recovered. Hats off to Mike and all his staff. He really has saved the day and my whole weekend. If you ever have anything wrong with a car I totally recommend these guys. Friendly and have a laugh. Don’t know weather they will read this but I can’t thank you enough for what you have done!

These guys helped me out of a tight spot on a Saturday afternoon when both my headlights failed. They were really helpful and professional in their approach. I would recommend them.

Never use these people again failed my car on minor stuff quoted me £500 to fix, took it away to get fixed, wouldn't do the retest until the last day then failed it again took it to a another test station they passed it no problem total cost with another mot £300!!!! Ripped off by national tyres never go there!! 😠
